Who we work for

Maintenance for medical, dental and clinics

A clinic has areas that must stay locked, surfaces that must stay intact, and a schedule that cannot absorb a contractor turning up unannounced.

Medical space carries constraints most commercial property does not. Some rooms need controlled access with a record of who holds it. Surfaces have to stay sound because a damaged finish is a cleaning problem rather than a cosmetic one. And the working day belongs to patients.

Most of what a practice actually calls about is unglamorous: a door that will not latch on a room that has to stay secure, a lock that needs changing after a staff departure, wall damage from a trolley, a light out over a chair.

What we get called for

  • Access control and locks on controlled storage and records rooms
  • Rekeying after staff departures, with a written key register
  • Door closers and latching on rooms required to stay secure
  • Wall protection, drywall repair and damaged finish replacement
  • Cabinetry, shelving and fixture mounting in treatment rooms
  • Painting with work sequenced around patient hours
  • Ceiling tile replacement and general presentation
  • Relamping in treatment and waiting areas
  • Glass, entrance doors and accessibility hardware

How the work splits

What we do ourselves on a medical office, and what we bring a licence in for.

Florida requires a licensed contractor for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration at any job size, and for anything needing a permit in any trade. Everything else we perform with our own employees.

Performed by our technicians

  • Locks, access control hardware, rekeying and key registers
  • Door closers, latching, thresholds and accessibility hardware
  • Drywall, wall protection, trim and cabinetry
  • Painting and surface repair
  • Ceiling tile and general maintenance
  • Relamping and fixture mounting with no wiring involved

Coordinated through licensed contractors

  • Electrical, including anything serving treatment equipment
  • Plumbing, including chair and sterilisation room services
  • HVAC and any air handling serving clinical areas
  • Anything requiring a permit, in any trade

Why TrionX

How we approach medical office work.

Controlled areas need a record, not just a lock

A room that has to stay secure needs a door that latches every time and a register showing who holds a key to it. Both are in-house work, and the register goes to you rather than living with the contractor.

Background-checked technicians

Every TrionX technician is a W-2 employee, on our payroll and background-checked before setting foot on your property. In a clinic that matters more than it does almost anywhere else, and it is why the work is not handed to whoever was available.

Planned around patients

Work that makes noise, dust or blocks a corridor gets planned for closed hours. That goes in the quote, so the practice is not choosing between a repair and a full appointment book on the morning.

Common questions

Medical in Miami: questions we get asked

Can work be done outside patient hours?

Yes, and for anything involving noise, dust or a blocked corridor it is the only workable option. Evenings, closed days and early mornings are normal for this property type. Tell us your schedule when you raise the job so it is priced and planned that way from the start.

Are your technicians background-checked?

Yes. Every technician is a W-2 employee on our payroll, background-checked before attending a property, and covered by our general liability and workers compensation insurance. Coordinated trades are carried out by licensed contractors who carry their own insurance, and we check the licence and certificate before they attend.

Can you secure a controlled storage or records room?

Yes. That is lock and access control work, performed by our own technicians, and no Florida contractor licence is required for it. We fit the hardware, confirm the door latches reliably every time, and issue a written key register showing who holds access.

Do you handle work on dental or medical equipment?

No. Equipment servicing belongs to the manufacturer or a specialist. Where a repair touches the electrical or plumbing services feeding that equipment, Florida requires a licensed contractor, so we scope it and coordinate it rather than performing it.

Do you carry a certificate of insurance for our landlord?

Yes. TrionX carries general liability and workers compensation covering the work its own technicians perform, and we lodge the certificate with your building before the visit. For a coordinated trade the contractor carries their own, and we check the licence and certificate before they attend your property.

Repairs that do not cost you an appointment book

Work planned for closed hours, technicians background-checked before they attend, and controlled areas left with a door that latches and a written key register. Licensed contractors handle anything electrical, plumbing or HVAC.
