Maintenance for salons and spas
A salon is a finished room that runs water all day, and the two facts are in permanent conflict.
The whole product is the room. Clients sit in it for an hour looking at the walls, the mirrors and the lighting, so a water stain or a failing finish is a commercial problem long before it is a maintenance one.
Underneath that, the space works like a small wet trade. Wash stations run constantly, humidity sits in treatment rooms, and cabinetry takes chemicals and moisture that ordinary joinery is not built for.

Florida requires a licensed contractor for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration at any job size, and for anything needing a permit in any trade. Everything else we perform with our own employees.

We say when paint is the wrong answer
A wall that keeps failing has water behind it, and recoating it spends the money twice. We identify whether the fault is the surface, a plumbing leak or the ventilation, and the last two are licensed work we coordinate.
Small operator, one number
Most salons have no facilities support and no time to manage four trades. One work order covers the finishes, the doors, the locks and the coordination of anything licensed.

Why does the paint near our wash stations keep peeling?
Water is behind the film rather than on it, so a new coat fails the same way. The source is usually a leaking connection, a failed seal at a splashback, or humidity that ventilation is not clearing. We identify which, repair the surface, and coordinate a licensed plumber or HVAC contractor where the cause needs one.
Can you replace salon mirrors and wall panels?
Yes. Mirror and glass replacement in existing openings, along with the wall repair behind it, is performed by our own technicians and needs no Florida contractor licence. We measure, order and fit, and we make good the substrate where moisture has damaged it.
Do you work on wash station plumbing?
No. Plumbing requires a licensed contractor in Florida at any job size, including basin and line work at a wash station. We scope the fault, bring in a licensed plumber carrying their own insurance, and handle the scheduling and the record. The cabinetry, the surfaces and the making good afterwards are ours.
Can repairs happen without closing for the day?
Usually, by sequencing the work station by station or room by room rather than taking the whole floor out of use. Anything with dust, noise or paint fumes gets planned for closed hours. Tell us your booking pattern and it is priced and planned that way.
Can you repair chemical damage to cabinetry and worktops?
Yes, within reason. Cabinet repair, hardware replacement, shelving and worktop remedial work are all in-house. Where a unit is beyond economic repair we say so rather than patching it, and we can fit a replacement in a material that stands up to the chemicals better.
