We do not perform this work ourselves. Florida requires a licensed contractor for it at any size, with no exception for small jobs. TrionX scopes the work, brings in a licensed contractor, and handles scheduling, site access and the documentation afterwards.

Condenser coils corrode quickly within a few miles of the water, which makes the standard service interval too generous for most coastal properties. We check for corrosion on every visit and tell you when a coil has roughly two seasons left, so the replacement lands in your budget instead of arriving as an August emergency.
Our technician knows this equipment well even though he does not work on it, and a described fault gets a better contractor visit than a vague one. Model and serial off the plate, what the unit is actually doing, what changed and when. The difference is a contractor arriving with the right part rather than booking a second visit to fetch it.
Every visit logs model and serial numbers, refrigerant type and quantity, readings taken before and after, parts fitted, and photographs of the work. When you file a warranty claim or argue for replacement at budget time, that file is your evidence.
Common questions
Emergency HVAC calls are dispatched 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you ring, we give you a response window and hold to it. If the honest answer is three hours rather than one, we will say so on the call.
Both. Given the cooling load here, most commercial properties do well on quarterly service, with coil cleaning timed ahead of summer. We build the schedule around your equipment list and site access, and document each visit the same way we document a repair.
Yes. We record model and serial numbers, readings and parts on every visit, which is what a manufacturer asks for when a claim is filed. If a repair ought to go through warranty instead of being billed to you, we will say so.
