A register an auditor can read
Every key issued, the doors it operates, the holder and the dates. Issued to you rather than held by us, and updated on every visit that changes a key.
Banks
A branch has to be able to answer who holds a key to what, and most properties of any kind cannot.
Branch security lives in the record as much as the hardware. Who holds a key, which doors it opens, when it was issued and when it came back are questions that get asked, and answering them requires a register that was maintained rather than reconstructed.
The keyway matters just as much. On a standard keyway a returned key proves nothing, because copies can be cut at any counter, so the control is only as real as the restriction behind it.
What we get called for
Performed in-house
Performed by TrionX employees. No Florida contractor licence is required for this trade, and TrionX carries general liability and workers compensation covering the work.
Why TrionX
Every key issued, the doors it operates, the holder and the dates. Issued to you rather than held by us, and updated on every visit that changes a key.
Blanks supplied only to the registered holder mean a returned key genuinely counts, so a departure does not automatically become a rekey.
Almost nothing in a branch should be happening at a public counter. Work is planned for closed hours as standard rather than as a special request, and priced that way from the start.
Common questions
Yes, and it is standard on any lock or master key work we do. It records every key issued, the doors or group it operates, the holder and the dates it went out and came back. It is issued to you rather than held by us.
A keyway whose blanks are supplied only to the registered holder, so keys cannot be duplicated at a hardware counter. For a branch, where key control is the entire point, it is the difference between a rekey that means something and one that lasts until somebody visits a key cutter.
No. Vaults, safes and monitored alarm systems belong to specialists in those products and we do not represent otherwise. We handle the building around them: door hardware, access control hardware, locks, registers and the finishes in staff and public areas.
Yes, and that is the default assumption for a branch rather than a special request. Work is planned for closed hours, priced that way from the start and sequenced so the branch opens normally. Emergencies are dispatched whenever they happen.
